A pay equity analysis software that allows me to load our employees into the software and conduct a pay equity analysis to identify employees paid unfairly solely because of their gender and/or ethnicity. The solution

The tool ingests a read-only export of employee data from your HRIS, runs a pay equity analysis that compares pay across protected groups (gender, ethnicity) while controlling for legitimate compensating factors (job title, job level, tenure, performance, location, department, manager), and produces: (1) a pay equity report, (2) visual analyses (pay gap by group, by job level, distribution charts), (3) ranked recommendations for pay adjustments with estimated cost to close gaps, and (4) per-employee impact assessments. A human compensation professional reviews everything and decides — the tool never changes pay. Core workflow: import a snapshot → validate and group employees into comparable cohorts → run the analysis → review flagged disparities and recommendations → export a report. Out of scope for v1: writing back to the HRIS, automating any pay change, real-time sync, multi-user approval routing, and predictive/AI-generated narrative beyond simple templated explanations.
