Privacy Policy

We collect:

• Account information — your email and authentication details (including via Google or LinkedIn if you choose to sign in with them).
• Company profile — the organization details you provide during onboarding (industry, size, regions/countries, role, approved tools).
• Content you submit — the ideas you describe and the specifications generated from them.
• Usage data — basic logs and analytics about how the Service is used, to operate and improve it.

Please do not submit real confidential data or PII; the Service is intended for describing ideas, not processing real records.

We use information to provide and improve the Service, generate your specifications, secure accounts, communicate with you, process payments for paid plans, and comply with legal obligations.

To generate specifications, the content you submit is sent to third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI and Anthropic) that process it on our behalf to return a result. We also use Supabase for authentication and database hosting, and Vercel for application hosting. These providers process data under their own terms and our agreements with them.

On the Free plan, the specifications you generate are published to a public gallery in anonymized form (we omit your company name and personal identifiers). Anyone may view and download this public content. Paid plans keep your content private. Do not include confidential information in Free-plan content.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the subprocessors described above, as part of the public gallery for Free-plan content, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session. We do not use them for cross-site advertising.

Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it unless we are required to keep it for legal, accounting, or security reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, and the “Last updated” date above will change.
