Looking for a communication template/guide for incentive plan communications. Also looking to see eligibility parameters.

The solution

Build a manager-facing internal tool that reads approved incentive plan documentation, lets a manager pick an incentive plan and a communication scenario, shows the relevant eligibility parameters, and generates a clear communication template in plain language. v1 should be read-only against plan documentation, use only approved plan rules, and avoid pulling live employee performance, compensation, or personal employee information unless and until a later phase clearly requires it for eligibility lookups. Out of scope for v1: automated pay calculations, employee self-service, plan document editing, workflow approvals, or any automatic decision about who is or is not eligible beyond displaying documented plan criteria.
