Build a lightweight internal tool for team leads to use during 1:1s that captures goal setting forms, meeting notes, and team feedback; asks structured questions to uncover roadblocks; and produces progress tracking dashboards, goal alignment summaries, roadblock reports, and action item lists. The tool reads and writes to your team collaboration platform as the source of truth, and uses org chart and department data to show reporting relationships and team context. Out of scope for v1: company-wide OKR planning, automated performance ratings, AI-generated decisions about employees, and broad analytics beyond team-level progress and blocker visibility.
