The solution

Build a v1 internal tool for the business development team that uploads or parses received RFP documents, breaks them into individual questions, searches historical RFP responses plus internal templates/collateral/website content, and pre-populates a proposed response and confidence percentage for each question. Reviewers can compare the proposed response to prior answers, edit it, approve it, or send it back for revision before an approved response set is exported back into the working RFP document and stored in the internal document repository. Out of scope for v1: automatic final submission to clients, fully autonomous answering with no human review, broad CRM integration, pricing recommendation logic, and multi-department enterprise workflow complexity.
